Your health at the centre.
Six levers around it.

The programme moves through all six levers over fourteen weeks. Not because every woman is equally stuck on all six — but because each person stands somewhere on every lever, and only when she has seen all six does she know where her real issue lives.

The sequence is not accidental: first the tangible, where something can be felt quickly (Energy). Then inward, towards the centre (Emotions, Thoughts). Then the frame that holds everything (Environment). Then the hardest part, the people (Relationships). And finally what holds it all together (Meaning).

02 · The dual format

You don't go alone.
And you don't disappear in the crowd.

The centrepiece: every lever is worked on twice. Once together in the group — where things are understood and placed in context. Once in the 1:1 — where it is turned to your own situation. Neither replaces the other.

The group · weekly

Understanding together

1× per week · small group

Here each lever is understood and placed in context as a group. A small circle moving through the same map together — each person at her own point. The knowledge that you are not fighting alone, and the pull of a group moving in the same direction.

The 1:1 · fortnightly

Turning it to your life

every 2 weeks · 1:1

Here the lever is turned to your own situation. What the group made visible becomes concrete — for your daily life, your relationships, your week. Not towards an ideal, but towards your real life.

Plus two longer sessions, 90 minutes each — at the start and at the end, as the frame that holds everything. In week 1 your six-lever wheel is measured; in week 14 it is measured again. Your visible before/after.

Many programmes expect you to already know your problem. Here you travel through all six levers and find along the way where your real issue lives — often somewhere you wouldn't have expected.

The group provides understanding and the feeling of not being alone. The 1:1 makes it concrete for your situation. Neither replaces the other — and that exact combination is rare.
