The question is in the room.
So let's talk about it.

You may have imagined a woman who's been through all of this herself. That makes sense. But there are reasons why an outside perspective moves things more than shared experience. Six of them — said out loud.

The thought: "A woman understands what my body feels like."

With me, there is no comparison.

A woman going through the same thing is also a mirror: "She managed it, why can't I?" That quiet competition doesn't exist with me. It's about your body and your path, not mine.

The thought: "A man can't feel what's happening to me."

I've never been in your body. So I read yours.

Someone who brings the same experience also brings their own story into the room, and it quickly colours yours. My distance keeps the space clear. I project nothing into it — I work with what's present in you.

The thought: "I want someone who feels it with me."

I hold the space without sliding into it.

Shared pain connects, and it often stays exactly there. Someone who suffers alongside sometimes sinks too. I stay by your side and pull forward: warm, but on steady ground. That has nothing to do with a lack of empathy. It's why things actually move.

I'm not a friend, partner, or mother.

Every one of those roles carries an expectation, a shared history, a consideration. None of that with me. You can say things that aren't sayable inside your own system, and I can hold them — precisely because I'm outside it.

The thought: "Nobody sees how much I'm actually carrying."

From the outside, I see where your system drains you.

I'm not caught in the care trap, the mother role, the "always there for everyone." From the outside I can see the patterns that run you empty, and I name them — without being trapped in them myself. That's the bridge to systemic coaching.

The thought: "Can a man even offer this to a woman?"

The method is at the centre, not my gender.

Training, nutrition, systemic coaching and yoga from one person — this combination barely exists in the DACH market. The work is what matters, and when that's clear, the gender question answers itself. My boundary is also clear: I don't prescribe, I don't diagnose — the medical side is handled by my medical partners. Knowing your limits makes you more reliable than the type who promises to fix everything.

Honest answers

Why a male coach?

Fair question, and I handle it openly. In short: my distance keeps the space clear, I don't project my story onto yours, and the medical side is handled by female partner-practitioners. There's a full section on this — "Why a man".

I don't have much time. Can this still work?

The plan gets built into your week, not stacked on top. It's one person and one thread, not four apps and four appointments.

If the next 14 weeks are really impossible right now, I'll say so in the first call instead of pushing you into something.

Is this coaching or something spiritual?

No mindset talk, no manifesto, no wellness journey. Yoga here stands for nervous system, breath and mobility, with a physiological frame. No Sanskrit without translation.

Reflection means systemic coaching with structure. Reflection questions, not affirmations. Structured, not spiritual.

I'm in my mid-fifties, is that too late?

No. You're exactly where many people start. The fact that you've functioned for everyone for 25 years is an achievement. And right there is also often the problem.

We work with where you are now. The body is usually the way in. The rest follows.

Is this a medical treatment?

No. Coach limit: I don't prescribe, I don't diagnose, I don't recommend HRT. This isn't therapy.

For medical questions there's a network of female doctors and therapists I refer to clearly. I keep that line visible on purpose.

Online or in person?

The work runs online across the German-speaking region. You don't need a gym membership or a fixed location. The training is built to work at home.

The first call is a video call, 1:1, with me directly. No sales team in between.
