The fonts used (Lora, Mulish, JetBrains Mono) are served locally from this site's own server. There is no connection to Google servers, and no personal data is transferred to third parties in the process.
For the free first conversation, you can choose a slot via an embedded booking tool from Cal.com. If you use the booking tool, the data you enter (e.g. name, email address, preferred time) is transmitted to Cal.com and processed there to arrange the appointment.
The legal basis is the initiation or performance of (pre-)contractual contact at your request (Art. 6 (1) (b) GDPR) and my legitimate interest in simple scheduling (Art. 6 (1) (f) GDPR). The provider is Cal.com, Inc., San Francisco, California, USA. Data may be transferred to the USA; the transfer is based on appropriate safeguards under Art. 44 et seq. GDPR (including standard contractual clauses).
If you write to me by email, I process your details to handle your enquiry. The legal basis is Art. 6 (1) (b) or (f) GDPR. The data is deleted once it is no longer needed and no statutory retention obligations apply.
The website itself sets no tracking or marketing cookies. Technically necessary cookies may be set by the embedded booking tool (Cal.com) if you use it.
